One of the last events that the WI team was a night to reach all of the people of the church and the people within the ministries we work with. All of the (older then teenage age) women went to Mary’s home. They had a wonderful night of sharing cultural foods and playing games. I hear they really enjoyed making Som Tom ;-) The men went to dinner and then went bowling…some needed manly bonding time! And the teenagers went to Karaoke. I was with the teenage group. It was fun to watch the WI team (especially the guys) go out of their way to reach out to the Thai teens that came. They danced and tried to sing along with the Thai language songs being played. Through out the evening, we switched off singing English and Thai songs, dancing, and being goofy. And before we left for the night everyone enjoyed some delicious ice cream (many sweet things now make my stomach hurt…but ice cream always has a special place in the tummy!) I have attached a couple videos to give you a feel of what this night looked like. Enjoy!

The Lord has laid on my heart the need to share who He is to residents of Bangkok. I pray that He will use me to help equip a team of Thai nationals in sharing Christ with the rest of the population. They are in need of another teammate by August. Please pray with me as we watch God's hand at work.
